Most requests are delivered within two days. However, larger or more complex requests might take a bit longer—but we’ll always keep you in the loop on the progress.

In 48 hours, you’ll typically receive things like logo concepts, landing pages, or social media templates. For larger projects like full websites or app designs, we’ll deliver parts of the project in stages, with updates every 24 hours until it’s all wrapped up.

At Design À La Carte, you’ll be working directly with our founder. For specialized requests like animations or custom illustrations, we collaborate with trusted partner designers who are experts in their fields.

If you don’t need design work for a bit, you can pause your subscription at any time. Let’s say you’ve used 21 days of your 31-day cycle, and then decide to pause. You’ll have 10 days remaining, which you can use whenever you need them—no rush!

For bigger projects like full websites or app designs, we break the work down into smaller, manageable chunks. You'll start receiving deliverables within 24-48 hours, with regular updates until the entire project is complete.

Most of our designs are created using Figma, an industry-leading tool for collaborative design.

We keep things flexible! Submit your design requests through Trello, share a Google doc or wireframe, or even send over a quick Loom video—whatever works best for you. If it can be shared, we can work with it.

No worries at all! We offer unlimited revisions. We’ll keep tweaking the design until you’re 100% satisfied.

Yes, there are a few areas we don’t cover, including 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, extensive print design (like magazines or books), and InDesign documents.

That’s perfectly fine! You can pause your subscription as soon as your request is done, and come back when you have more. That way, you’re never paying for time you don’t use.

Due to the custom nature and high quality of our work, we do not offer refunds. We stand by our designs and work with you through unlimited revisions to ensure you’re happy with the final result.
